Final Art Lesson + National day rehearsal 2..

Neway, yesterday we had our final art lesson..Oh boi, i love the art lessons..they were the most exciting of all the Music Art Dance lessons!++ Too bad yesterday was the last one..@@ Oh yeah, remember we did some clay work last week and we did our bits and pieces of clay that made up a water flow..well, the bits and pieces have been burnt so that it became hard..


This is my bit and i wondered why it has become smaller than i last saw it..hahha well, it was cut off to fit in better to the water flow..

Today, we were gonna glaze it..i dunno how to explain it but basically we were going to coat the piece with something muddy which would actually give some colour to the clay like coloured porcelain..The coating process is called "Glazing"..So, the tutor's assistant demonstrated how we were supposed to do it then told us to do it to our own pieces..FUN!!++


The man in blue is our tutor..but i didnt know his name..hahah naughty me..those are Andrew and Hayley glazing their bits..and im waiting for my turn..can you see the colour of the muddy stuff??It definitely looked like mud!But eventually it would turn to bluish-green after being put in the kilt..

Before putting the pieces into the kilt we had to make sure that the sides and under the bits were cleaned and no glazing were on those sides..so, we gotta do some scrubbing with sponge..hahah

Thats our art tutor and Ryan scrubbing some pieces..++

And can you see right pass the door..Andrew and Ben were waiting for the pieces to be put into the kilt..Kilt is like an oven that burn the pieces and make it to porcelain or better call it glass..COOL!!++

Then we got another fun activityy....yeehoooo!! we were given this long strip of white paper and we gotta do some paper ripping and sticking to make it looked like a water fall..gosh!I LOVEEED this one...i felt like a 5 year old kid..hahahha

Thats the end product of me and wana's waterfall..hehehe looking good!x x


then we put all our paper waterfall on a piece of board altogether to be framed..ours yg dihujung skali sebalah kanan..^^

Phewww~~ And also that night we had another National day rehearsal and now it was held in the Bute Building of Cardiff University..biliknya macam Lecture Theatre di Ubd and sempit sikitlah so pyh jua kan praktis sana..especially dancing..but we were having fun anyway..^^

Utk dancers we only had the space at the front to practice..lagi ku sama zirah..hahah sdh nyangku kami karak begambar..lols

Kami abis praktis dlm kul 10.30pm and pintu depan bekunci sdh..and securitynya nada dahh..at first we thought that we were locked in there..hahaha then there was an opened fire door where we could sneak out..nyaman jua hati..hahaha Lapas praktis sampai tengah malam atu mabuk tia..hahaha begambar2 dulu before balikk...X X
